Area percent of the main peak against total integrated area. The chromatogram goes on the certificate, so the number can be checked against the trace.

How much peptide is in the vial by mass. A vial can be 99 % pure and still be underfilled — these are different questions.

How a sample runs

    You send the sample

    Two milligrams is enough for the standard panel. Send the vial as it ships to your customers — testing what you actually sell is the point.

  2. 02

    We log it in

    The sample gets an accession number the moment it arrives. From here everything about it is tied to that number, including the certificate.

  3. 03

    Analysis

    HPLC with UV detection coupled to mass spectrometry. Purity and identity come out of the same run, so both refer to the same injection.

  4. 04

    Certificate issued

    The report carries the numbers, the chromatogram, the mass confirmation and a verification code. Signed by the chemist who ran it.

  5. 05

    Your customer verifies it

    They type the code on our site and see the certificate. It is not your claim any more, it is a document from a laboratory that does not sell peptides.
